Key network accomplishments include hardware upgrades of IBM
704 Multi-CPU Servers and Netfinity 5000's. Migration from OS2
to NT 4.0 and NT4.0 to Windows 2000. Consolidation of 21 OS2 servers
to 15 NT 4.0 servers. Consolidation of 6 OS2 Servers into 3 Windows
2000 servers. Mixed support of Lotus Notes, Windows IIS WEB sites,
and WEBSphere Server WEB sites.
Key technical writing accomplishments include the publishing
of user manuals for IBM Internal applications and Global Services
Offerings.
Key WEB applications accomplishments include International Support
of WEB site, and implementation of new applications supporting
internal IBM business using Lotus Notes Domino, HTTP, JAVA Scripting,
NET.DATA, WEBSphere Server/Developer and Microsoft Front Page

August 15th-25th, 2001, Hamilton 2001
World Series Inc. sponsored the grand event of the 13-15 year old
world series. We here at JEMS Software and Consulting, Inc. had
the honor to develop the WEB Page, www.jemssoco.com/htbr and with
the help of Talking Heads Inc who hosted the site during the event,
we presented the event free to Hamilton 2001 World Series Inc..
This page contained daily updates, activities, hotels,
restaurants, and highlights of the week. Full coverage of the event.
It was a pleasure to spend the many hours maintaining the page and
working with Joe Papp to ensure the site met the requirements, sincerely
John E. Molnar designer and developer.

Application Development Paradox Managed Care Application development
and support November 1995 to December 1997. Connectivity support
(wiring) of PC's to December 1998. Company formally know as MCSI
(Managed Care Systems Inc.).
Provided PC and network support prior to acquisition by Selective
Ins. growing MCSI from a 10 PC network into a 250 PC LAN with
WAN connectivity to Selective Insurance headquarters. Developed
and supported business application for Case Management and support
of Workers Comp claims which included billing of services.

classroom for connectivity of PC's to LAN/Intranet and Internet.
A total of 110 connectivity drops were installed. Set up Microsoft
BackOffice NT base Internet Server to support INTERNET PAGE, E-Mail,
Proxy Server and LAN Domain. Client based PC's are Windows 95/98.
Migration from NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 and implementation of IBM
340 X-Series servers for Email and Domain Controller. Implemented
4 Linksys Wireless Segments in 2002 that expands the LAN to over
125 drops.
